Adult Rowing

The senior section of the Club is open to anyone over the age of 18. It comprises under 23s (19-22 years); Seniors (23-26 years); and Masters (27 years to as old as you like!).  We have a robust community of friendly rowers in each of these age groups whose experience ranges from beginner to elite.

Club equipment includes boats in all categories of sweep oar and sculling, from singles to eights; and a variety of training boats for novices.  We also have outdoor racking for private boats.

Club sessions usually take place at 8.30 and 10.30 on Saturday and Sunday mornings and 6.00pm until dusk on some weekday evenings during the summer.  We also attend a range of Head races and Regattas throughout the season at both local and National level.  Reports of recent successes can be found on the News Page.

If you are thinking of joining the club or have any questions about membership, please contact the Club Membership Lead.

Details of membership fees and application forms can be found on the Membership Page.

Reduced membership rates are usually available to student rowers who attend the Club during University vacations.
