BEWL BRIDGE ROWING CLUB

Bewl Bridge Rowing Club is located within the picturesque grounds of Bewl Water Reservoir, eight miles south east of Tunbridge Wells.

Bewl Water offers more than 4km of spectacular uninterrupted water for rowing and sculling. Club members have access to a comprehensive range of Club boats, a dedicated rowing pontoon and private boat storage, together with showers and changing facilities.

Founded in 1976, we  are very much a 'Club for all with a great positive and supportive atmosphere. We currently have approximately 150 members, from age 12 upwards. We have a large Junior squad, and thriving Ladies, Men's and Masters squads, all supported by a strong team of volunteer qualified coaches, launch drivers and helpers.  New members are always welcome, whether recreational or competitive.

We regularly 'trailer' to local and regional regattas. Club members currently represent Great Britain at both rowing and and sculling and have achieved Regional and National success in both disciplines.
